Large villa rental - group accommodation, seminar in Morbihan - Rhuys peninsula, Sarzeau, large sleeping/seminar capacity. Villa located 100 m from St Jacques Sarzeau beach, its shops and water activities.

Its location allows you to visit the peninsula and do your shopping at the supermarket or the market without taking your car. Accessible by Vannes TGV station with the possibility of being picked up at the station by us (see option). Villa 10 minutes from the Golf course and Crouesty marina.

The 18-bed villa is fully air-conditioned and secured by an alarm. You will benefit from a secure heated swimming pool from April to October and a 6-person spa at 38°. The villa benefits from a reception room, cinema (20 cinema seats and large format video projector and Bose system), games room with PS4, Arcade Terminal, board games, 2 billiards...

The sleeping area is made up of a suite with sea view terrace, 5 bedrooms with 90x200 single or double beds and 2 dormitories for 4 people with 90x200 bunk beds. The villa has 4 toilets, 4 bathrooms, one of which has a Balneo bath. Villa equipped with home automation, Wifi and all high-quality material comforts (washing machine, dryer, LED TV, fireplace, oven, microwave, hob with integrated host, American fridge with ice/water, barbecue, etc. .).

Private parking for cars and bicycles. Possibility of having rental bikes delivered free of charge directly to the villa via our bike rental partner in Sarzeau.

The rental price includes: cleaning, sheets, duvets, pillows, bath towels, tea towels, water, electricity, delivery of your shopping and installation before your arrival (order via our Leclerc drive account). For any weekly rental, we provide 3 inflatable kayaks for 3-4 people (maximum 200 kg).
